I thought that being a Virtual Assistant (VA) was just about setting appointments and "manning* the phones" while the main practitioner was helping patients. I was SO WRONG! Today, Sam takes us through what a VA is, the numerous tasks and responsibilities placed on a VA, and how to find one if you're a practitioner in need of another set of hands/ears/eyes/mind.
